Add upload option for system prompts
The system prompts do not have an upload option in the user interface only a record option which calls an extension.

Email not being required for all extensions
Would be a great feature to have a toggle at the system level or just on the new extension form to not require an email. From the 3CX console we can already do this. It is common practice to use dummy extensions or to have phones that do not have a single user assigned to them. In this case we are having to use a dummy email and then the same email cant be reused. It is a added step that is not necessary for all extension.

Additional Webhooks
Would like to add the ability to send a webhook when an inbound call arrives, and on call pickup. This will enable advanced automations with third party activity dashboards.

Bulk inbound rule edits
Would be nice to select multiple inbound rules and be able to edit the office hours for all of them at once.

Filter extensions from Transfer list
Would like to be able to use groups or similar to filter the list of users shown in "Transfer Contact" to limit who people can see and thus transfer to, as they wouldn't transfer to most users.

Call Log Results -- show more than 10 at a time - or at least give the option to show up to 100 at a time
After a recent update, the Call Logs are now only showing 10 calls at a time.Please provide the option to see a larger quantity of calls without having to sift through pages. Thank you!

Conversion tool for phone number format
For people using a Hubspot integration or other CRM integrations, is there a tool to help convert the number format? Even if it is a prepopulated Excel sheet that could be posted in the partner resources tab -- that would be awesome. Converting phone numbers from (615) xxx-xxxx to +1615xxxxxxx - etc.

Don't show PIN verification code
Would love to see the PIN Code Verification not actually show the code, just provide an entry field so technicians don't know the code that needs to be verified.

Allow multiple voicemail to ticket settings per CRM
This is already available for ConnectWise Manage, but other CRMs need the ability to have multiple configurations for voicemail to ticket, instead of the current layout where they can only set one destination for all the mailboxes that are picked for monitoring.

Handset identifiers
Do we have any options for changing the 'display name' of the handsets? It's very difficult to determine which handset is which when working with the webclient. Any chance we can make these a more identifiable name? * I do realize the MAC addresses are reflected in the extended name, but this is difficult to parse from a user standpoint.
