  6. Email not being required for all extensions

    Would be a great feature to have a toggle at the system level or just on the new extension form to not require an email. From the 3CX console we can already do this. It is common practice to use dummy extensions or to have phones that do not have a single user assigned to them. In this case we are having to use a dummy email and then the same email cant be reused. It is a added step that is not necessary for all extension.

  13. Priority Call Routing by Autotask Account Type

    Use case here is to prevent non-customer contacts from reaching the support team. When someone selects the IVR option to receive support, I'd like to havecaller ID verified against Autotask, matched up to a contact for a company that is listed as a customer, and routed to our Sales team if they are not a valid customer. Current feature set allows a manually curated list of companies or contacts but would require manual updates at each new sale or contract expiration.

  15. Out Of Office Notification

    We had a customer not able to use phones on January 16th for almost 4 hours. we and tech support were working on this for a long time and messing with trunks, and the issue the whole time was the system was out of the office with a holiday setup for January 16th. Our idea would be to have some kind of notification to display a banner on UI that system in out of office or even an email alert if an outbound call was blocked due to an out of office setting.
